This form will search all books.

If you enter two or more words in this box, the search will look for both words, but not necessarily in the order you enter. Don't worry about upper and lower case. The search ignores words of less than three letters, such as initials like the "H" and "G" in "H. G. Wells".

To look for part of a word, use the wildcard * - for example, lon* will find "London" and "Longfellow". If you want to exclude a word from your search, put a minus sign in front of it: -pirates bucc* will find buccaneers, but not pirates.

This form will search all books.

You can make a very specific search using this form: keep your search broad enough to find what you are looking for! If you enter two or more words in the Author, Title, Publisher or Keywords fields we'll look for all of them, though not necessarily in the order you enter them.

Where a book has more than one ISBN we use the British ISBN; and we also tend to use the 10-digit ISBN instead of the 13-digit one.

Willow Books, Collins, London
Quarto size (4to) in bright red faux cloth, gilt lettering to spine. 121pp, inscribed in red ink by Everett on the blank verso of the half title leaf 'To my chum Simon (Booker), the dearest sweetest closest sort of friend that money can buy', and with red ink additions by him to the title-page illustration. This book was actually written by Simon Booker, loosely based on conversations with Everett but largely fiction, meaning Everett has inscribed this copy to the books real author. PLUS Postcard from Everett whilst holidaying in St Moritz (signed as 'Edith'). Single leaf typed letter signed with an 'X' above typed 'Edith' and with a PS in silver ink signed 'Ken'. Typed letter signed in full as Kenny Everett, both the latter headed with his Lexham Gardens address in Kensington. All three are to Booker, undated but circa 1980. There are also a few much later items from Everett's family and agent.
The book is in FINE very clean and tight condition, the complete Dust Jacket is slightly tanned and very slightly nicked at the spine ends but otherwise FINE. The loosely inserted material is all in fine condition apart from one letter which has been typed on heat sensitive paper which is moderately faded.
